Great location. Friendly and helpful owners. The breakfast fills you up all day. This is our 2nd stay. Will return next year.
We arrived early and our rooms were ready, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely my daughter said Jean you cook the best bacon and Franco very friendly. On our last day we were able to check out and leave our luggage whilst we took the children to the beech. We even had to write a message in the sand for you guys.
Stayed at this place back to back years 2022 and 2023 when i came to Blackpool with my grandparents i really recommend this place for any tourists looking for a hotel to stay in. The owners Franco and Jean are both very polite people great location too as it is very close to the promenade
The best bnb we have ever stayed in! The lovely couple who own and run the bnb will really go above and beyond to meet the needs of every one and make you feel so welcome and at home. We stayed here with 2 children under 3, the bnb is in great location to basically all the good places in Blackpool so easy to come back to through the day from anywhere ( especially with kids to drop off/pick up stuff). Breakfast is lovely, the rooms are spotlessly clean and comfortable and have everything you could need. If I could give this place 10 stars I would!! Highly recommend. Keep up the good work, we will definately be back again!

Lovely and clean, good beds, nice shower, tea and coffee in the room and a fridge. Breakfast was great and plenty of choice, hosts had lots of time to talk to us, short walk to main attractions (5 minutes) at most. Would highly recommend this b&b.
Lovely hotel hosts - Franco and Jean who made our stay from London to Blackpool worth it. Very friendly people who are willing to go the extra mile to help out. Rooms were great, we had a triple and quadruple room with en suite showers. Beds were comfortable enough and amenities were provided with (WiFi etc.) Breakfast served every morning was delicious and children enjoyed it a lot, Franco was able to cater to our needs really well. The location of the hotel was excellent, quite close to all the main attractions (Promenade 2-3 mins walk including Sea Life and Amusements as well as shopping centre 2 mins). However, the overall cleanliness could improve such as a little air freshening, carpet cleaning etc but I guess you get what you pay for. There were no handwashing facilities in the bathroom. All in all, thanks very much for the lovely stay.
Room is nice and comfortable. Hosts Jean and Franco and brilliant friendly and bubbly. It's like your being welcomed into there home. Breakfast was lovely.
